The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners discusses with the Minister of Commerce ways of joint cooperation to make the electronic ration card project a success
اترك تعليقThe Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Judge Jalil Adnan Khalaf, visited the Minister of Commerce, Atheer Daoud Al-Ghurairy, in order to deliberate at the headquarters of the Ministry of Commerce on aspects of joint cooperation for the success of the electronic ration card project.
Judge Jalil Adnan Khalaf affirmed that the Commission’s headquarters located in all governorates of the country are ready to receive the Ministry of Commerce committees in charge of updating the electronic ration card information, and to cooperate with the ministry to complete its project, with a statement of full readiness to provide the required data in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions.
During the meeting, the Minister of Commerce confirmed exerting efforts to make this important and major project a success that the Ministry of Commerce is adopting to automate the ration card in the rest of the governorates and the services it provides to the citizen by reducing routine procedures and implementation mechanisms, starting from updating the data and ending with issuing the electronic card.
Minister Al-Ghurairy stated that this “project will provide a solid database that will be useful to the Independent High Electoral Commission in updating its data by exchanging information extracted from matching the ration card database and the Commission’s database in a way that serves both parties, in light of an effort to link data with the ministries of health, interior, labor and social affairs for database integration.
