We are approaching the elections within the coming hours to conduct the special voting on Friday and the public voting on Sunday, for this we here to declare that IHEC at the level of its staff and its board of commissioners, and stands before you today to reveal its message saying that it has accomplished all its tasks and responsibilities to hold the votes of the voters and then announce results after The end of polling day in trust.
The current Board of Commissioners has come a long way in the framework of institutional reform at the level of the Commission’s departments and has directed its media teams and offices across Iraq to approach the people, not only to hand them their electoral cards, but to present a clear vision to our people about the spirit of the new work within our institution.
Hence, the efforts of IHEC almost two years ago were sincere and keen to gain the confidence of the Iraqis, its social forces and its active elites related to the Iraqi public opinion. Accordingly, we address all Iraqis who have the right to vote to actively participate and vote in order to correct the conditions of our country and move beyond difficulties that we have been through since years.
Our message today is the necessity of broad participation of Iraqi people because of the importance of the votes of voters as voters to reform the situation in general.
Peace is upon all Iraqis, We have the greatest respect for our Iraqi people in the Independent High Electoral Commission…
