استراتيجية الإصلاح الإداري والتكنولوجي 2020-2025

التكنولوجيا تتطور بسرعة. هناك مجموعة جديدة من التقنيات الناشئة التي يمكن أن تحدث ثورة في الطريقة التي يتم بها تصميم الخدمات وتقديمها للناخبين العراقيين ، مما يؤدي إلى خدمات سلسة وذكية تتناسب مع احتياجاتهم وتعزز مشاركتهم في العملية الانتخابية. تهدف المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات إلى أن تصبح مؤسسة رائدة في استخدام التقنيات المبتكرة التي تتيحها التكنولوجيا لتقديم خدمات انتخابية متميزة. تم إنشاء خدمة IHEC الرقمية (IHEC DS) لدعم هذا العمل. وستساعد المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات في تحويل وتصميم خدماتها حول احتياجات الناخبين والمستخدمين لإجراء انتخابات أكثر شفافية وجديرة بالثقة.
