في العصر الرقمي، تشكل المعلومات المضللة تحديات كبيرة للعملية الانتخابية. وتعمل المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات في العراق، بدعم من مكتب المساعدة الانتخابية التابع لبعثة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق (يونامي) بشكل نشط لمواجهة هذه التحديات و ضمان انتخابات نزيهة وشفافة.

يسلط هذا التقرير الضوء على الجهود التعاونية للمفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات ومكتب المساعدة الانتخابية التابع لبعثة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق (يونامي) في معالجة المعلومات المضللة وتعزيز الثقة خلال انتخابات مجلس النواب لعام 2021.
